A Virginia native, I relocated to Charlotte in 2011. Real estate and design have always been a part of my life. Growing up I spent countless hours in the car with my parents looking at homes and exploring neighborhoods. It was something we did as a family for fun. My real estate pursuits began after college on the commercial/ corporate side of the business. During that time, I had the opportunity to work with interior designers and architects on tenant upfit projects for my clients. The exposure further fueled my passion for design and I decided to pursue a masters degree in architecture. I built a successful career in architecture both managing and designing projects that ranged from small tenant upfits to multi-million-dollar construction and renovation projects before transitioning to work as a residential agent. While I love architecture, I wanted the opportunity to help people more in their day to day lives . I believe that my work as a realtor gives me the opportunity to do just that and allows me to use my design and construction knowledge to help my clients when either buying or selling a home. Whether it is consulting on how to stage, market, and list your current home to obtain the best offer or helping you find, select, and envision the possibilities of a new home, I enjoy advising and helping my clients through the process.
In my free time you can find me out with friends or at home with my husband and fur babies. Currently, my husband and I are working on renovating our mid-century modern home. I also enjoy perusing books, magazines, and the internet looking for design inspiration, playing tennis, reading, taking a yoga class, learning Mahjong, gardening, enjoying a cocktail or glass of wine, or traveling in the US or abroad.
